Stormy Skies and Smoky Sodas at foodculture days

Braving the wind and rain at Lake Geneva, the Off The Menu team spent the beginning of June in Vevey, Switzerland, for this year’s foodculture days. Between sipping ERBA’s smoked cherry soda—a playful nod to German Black Forest cake—and savouring Gloria Grace Denis’ “Beans and Cereal” dinner, much time was spent connecting with new and old friends and collaborators and enjoying art and sound performances scattered throughout town. (Not to mention marveling at the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace of our charming château.)
