Pepe at Fermenting Souls

Pepe was one of the guests at the Culture Corner at the Fermenting Souls festival that took place 2 August at Import Export in Munich. She started the afternoon on stage in conversation with human geographer Mara Linden, (https://kulturgeographie-mainz.de/team/mara-linden/) from the University of Mainz, about the role of fermentation in art and research. After the talk, Pepe relocated to the “secret room” behind the stage where she led two rounds of the Tasting Table, sharing with a small and passionate audience some flavours from her wild pantry.
