New Books in Environmental Humanities

Sasha was invited to present Culinary Claims: Indigenous Restaurant Politics in Canada at the NICHE Centre for Environmental Humanities in Venice as part of its New Book series. Fulvia Larena generously served as the discussant and it was a delight for Sasha to return (just in time for frittelle season) to the city that hosted her with stories and community and salt as she penned the first draft of her book.
