Fermentation Special Issue
In November 'Food, Culture & Society' published Sasha's article “Time and Microbes, Tides and Bodies,” and it is a delight to see that the whole issue has now been released. Guest edited by Mark Stern and Mike Gill, this special issue gathers scholars and practitioners to think about and to think with fermentation. And because the food studies world can be so charmingly cozy, it is a treat to be in the company of microbes expert Maya Hey, who was OTM's first visiting researcher last year.
